Sports clubs and physical activity organisations across Scotland are set to share nearly £110,000 thanks to National Lottery Awards for All Scotland.
Projects from Orkney to Dumfries and Galloway will receive National Lottery funding, distributed by The National Lottery Community Fund in partnership with sportscotland.
The funding comes from National Lottery Awards for All Scotland – a quick and simple way to access small National Lottery grants of between £300 and £10,000. The grants have been made possible thanks to National Lottery players, who raise £30 million each week for good causes across the UK.
In total, £109,362 is being shared between 25 projects across the country. The money will contribute to a range of projects which will help support sport across Scotland, including new floodlights at Glentanar Community Football Club in Aberdeen and helping to increase access to cricket for women and people living with disabilities at Callander Cricket Club in Stirling.

The 25 sport and physical activity projects set to receive grants are part of an overall 246 awards being made to voluntary and community groups in Scotland, totalling £10,922,246.
