Sporting system pitches in

People from across the sporting community help out however they can

During what is a difficult and challenging time for us all, we have seen the sporting system in Scotland come together with messages of support and innovative ways for us all to stay mentally and physically active.

While we must all continue to follow the latest government advice on Coronavirus (COVID-19) and stay at home to help save lives and protect our NHS, there have been plenty of examples of the sporting system pitching in to help local communities however they can.

The creative exercise ideas keep coming and this week we even had a virtual awards ceremony as Live Active Leisure hosted the 2019 Perth and Kinross Sports Awards online.
