A group of athletes have marked Mental Health Awareness Week 2020 by coming together to say: 'We're here'.
Olympic sailor Luke Patience and recently retired hockey player Becky Mill, basketball icon Kieron Achara and para-triathlete Stefan Hoggan joined in with the #WeAreHere campaign on social media by posting inspirational video messages.
'We're here' is a joint initiative between sportscotland and the Scottish Association for Mental Health (SAMH) designed toย promote the benefits of physical activity to support mental health.

A sweaty smily selfie. During #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek remember to never underestimate the importance of physical activity to improve both physical and Mental health. Find some time each day to be active...and to smile ๐@sportscotland #WeAreHere pic.twitter.com/nTQSX3RHeE
